Frequently Asked Questions

When will my goods be delivered?
Please see our Delivery page for further information.

How much does postage and packaging cost?
Postage and packaging costs vary depending on the total cost of goods in the order. Further details are given on our Delivery page.

Do you deliver to locations outside the UK and Ireland?
Unfortunately, due to the high incidence of loss or damage of goods in international deliveries, and the increasing costs of postage and customs fees, we have taken the difficult decision to restrict deliveries to the UK and Ireland only.

My payment card has been charged but why haven't I received my goods yet?
Payment is taken when you place your order.  It may be several days before your goods are dispatched, but we will notify you by email to let you know when your order is on its way.

How do I return an unwanted or damaged item?
First, please contact us to let us know that you wish to return an item. If possible, please re-use the original packaging as, in the case of unwanted items, you must return the item to us in saleable condition to obtain a full refund.
The address for returns is given on the packing ship enclosed with your goods.
If you are returning a damaged or faulty item, we will refund your postage costs incurred in sending the item back to us. We will then either provide a full refund for the cost of your goods or provide a replacement, as agreed with you, stock levels permitting.
If you return an item you no longer want because you wish to cancel your order you must do so at your own cost. Once we have received it, we will provide you with a refund for the cost of the goods (if received in satisfactory condition).

Do prints have a Certificate of Authenticity?
Quentin Blake studio prints do not have Certificates of Authenticity as each one comes direct from his studio and is either individually signed by the artist or embossed with our exclusive 'QB' stamp.  Details are given in the description of each piece.
Aquarelle Publishing provide a certificate of authenticity with each of their limited-edition products.

Where can I buy Quentin Blake greetings cards?
Woodmansterne make a range of greetings cards featuring illustrations by Quentin Blake.  These are available from a wide variety of local, independent card shops, and are also stocked by John Lewis and Waitrose.  See woodmansterne.com for further details of the range and how to find your nearest stockist.

Where can I buy merchandise featuring Roald Dahl's characters?
Visit the Roald Dahl Museum shop for a great range of products featuring Quentin's illustrations for Roald Dahl's books, including favourites such as Matilda, The BFG and The Enormous Crocodile.  Purchases help to support the work of the Museum which looks after Roald Dahl's archive and tells the story of his life.
