When will my goods be delivered?
Please allow 28 days for delivery, though in practice goods sent to desitnations in the UK and Europe will arrive considerably sooner than that. Please also be aware that payment is taken when you place your order, so your card being charged does not indicate that your goods have been dispatched: we will notify you by email to let you know when your order is on its way. Please contact us if you require further information.
Christmas 2019: All orders received by Tuesday 17 December will be processed and shipped before Christmas. This is within Royal Mail's 'last posting' window for UK destinations, so items for UK delivery ordered by 17 December should arrive in time for Christmas. Orders for Europe and Rest of World will be proceseed and shipped, but we cannot guarantee delivery by 24 December.
Any orders placed after 17 December will be processed and shipped once the studio re-opens in January 2020.
How much does postage and packaging cost?
Postage and packaging costs vary depending on the delivery location, and on the total cost of goods in the order:
Orders up to £30:
UK: £5 per order
Europe: £7.50 per order
Rest of World: £12.50 per order
Orders over £30
UK: £10 per order
Rest of World: £25
How do I return an unwanted or damaged item?
First, please contact us to let us know that you wish to return an item. If possible, please re-use the original packaging as, in the case of unwanted items, you must return the item to us in saleable condition to obtain a full refund.
The address for returns is given on the packing ship enclosed with your goods.
If you are returning a damaged or faulty item, we will refund your postage costs incurred in sending the item back to us. We will then either provide a full refund for the cost of your goods or provide a replacement, as agreed with you, stock levels permitting.
If you return an item you no longer want because you wish to cancel your order you must do so at your own cost. Once we have received it, we will provide you with a refund for the cost of the goods (if received in satisfactory condition).
