Capacity crowds wowed at annual seaside literary event
Once again, Quentin has given his support to the Hastings Storytelling Festival, the annual literary festival for the whole family held in the popular seaside town.  This year, a capacity crowd enjoyed a 'Q&A' event with Quentin and fellow author and friend, Michael Morpurgo (pictured), for whom Quentin has illustrated numerous books and is a supporter of 'Farms for City Children', the charity founded by Michael and his wife Claire in 1974.  This was succeeded the following day by another sell-out event with Quentin and David Walliams, who was appearing at the Festival for the first time.

The Festival, running from 9 - 15 November, offered a quality line-up which was enjoyed by audiences.  Wilf Self, Michael Rosen and a host of others offered events for children and adults during the week-long Festival of talks, music and story-telling.
