Orgnnised by London's French Institute, the South Ken Kids Festival is back for its 23rd edition online!

The most talented children’s writers and illustrators from both sides of the Channel will embark you on a journey in the marvellous landscapes of children’s literature. The line-up of artists, illustrators, and writers includes Quentin Blake, Axel Scheffler, Michael Morpurgo, Perceval Barrier, Benji Davies, Dorothée de Monfreid, Claire Fauvel, Guy Parker-Rees and many more!  Brilliantly bilingual throughout, this year’s South Ken Kids Festival is an occasion to highlight the themes of Kindness, Fraternity and Diversity in children’s writing, illustration, translation, and children’s books in all their glory

This year's Festival includes an exhibition of work by Quentin Blake for Le Monde 'M' magazine - 'Rencontres Inattendues' - charting some unexpected meetings.  The images have been published weekly in the magazine since late September and are gathered together here for the first time.

Quentin also contributes to the second of the Festival's online exhibitions, 'Kind', which showcases the book of the same title by Alison Green Books.  Every copy of the book sold helps to benefit the work of the Three Peas charity.
