Orders & Delivery

 Please place your order using our online shop. 

 

All prints we sell are individually signed and numbered by the artist. We regret that we are not able to add personal messages or dedications to any of them.

 

PAYMENT

Using PayPal, you can pay by credit or debit card (except American Express) or by PayPal account. Your payment details are handled securely by PayPal. None of your financial details are shared with us. Once we have been notified that your payment has been authorised, we will email you to confirm receipt of your order.

 

All prices quoted include VAT at the prevailing rate.

 

DELIVERY

Prints are dispatched unmounted and unframed, and are rolled in sturdy cardboard tubes.

 

Delivery and packing is calculated per print, per tube: a maximum of 3 prints can be fitted into each tube. Delivery zones (UK mainland, Europe, and the Rest of World) are as follows

We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days after confirmation of receipt. All our prints are sent by Royal Mail First Class postage, using Recorded Delivery. This means that the packet(s) will need to be signed for on delivery - so please make sure that you provide an appropriate delivery address.

 

You will receive an email to confirm that your order has been dispatched which will include the unique tracking number(s) of the packet(s). You will then be able to follow the progress of your packet(s) using the Royal Mail's 'TRACK AND TRACE' service.

 

 

RETURNS

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so at any time within 7 days, beginning on the day after you receive the prints. 

- If you cancel your order before the prints have been dispatched, you will receive a full refund as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days of the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation.

- If prints have already been dispatched to you, your refund will not be processed until the prints are returned to us in a saleable condition. Please return the prints to us in their original packaging, with our returns address clearly written on the outside. We would advise you to return packages using Recorded Delivery or another traceable service. Please remember that proof of posting is not proof of delivery.

If your prints arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a replacement. If this is not possible (due to lack of stock) we will either agree a suitable exchange with you or arrange a full refund.  If you need to return a damaged print to us, will will also refund your postage costs.
